Magnolia Solar agrees to commercialize EcoArk’s solar tech

Ecoark Holdings Inc. of Rogers on Thursday announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Magnolia Solar Inc. has signed a teaming arrangement with India-based InSolare Energy to bring Magnolia’s solar photovoltaic technology to market.

Magnolia has developed a thin coating with nanotechnology to increase the efficiency of existing solar panels. The technology will be tested on a commercial property’s existing solar installation.
