AdCare sells nine Arkansas properties

AdCare Health Systems, Inc., a self-managed healthcare real estate investment company that invests primarily in real estate purposed for senior living and long-term healthcare, today announced that the company has completed the sale of its nine Arkansas properties.

The company sold nine properties located in Arkansas to affiliates of Skyline Healthcare LLC, the current operator of the facilities, for a total purchase price of $55.0 million.
