While only officially opened this year, Workflow by Evo has been a long time coming from the team behind Evo Business Environments in North Little Rock. As an extension of the commercial furniture dealer, the Workflow by Evo space serves as a “living showroom,” said Community Director Katy Putnam — at the same time, it is also much more.
“We founded Workflow for two simple reasons: first, to showcase our design team and the work we create,” Putnam said. “Second, to fill a major gap in Little Rock by offering affordable office space without sacrificing top-tier amenities or hospitality.”

As coworking setups have become more popular in recent years, form has not always kept up with function. Workflow by Evo, however, is anything but a basic office space, aiming to go above and beyond in terms of both style and service. Grounded in an industry-leading, hospitality-first approach, Workflow puts its full-service team of professionals at the disposal of members. The result is a seamless extension of members’ businesses for guests and visitors.

In addition to thoughtfully designed spaces, Workflow provides members with high-speed Wi-Fi, printing, premium coffee, tea and snacks, guest reception, and full mail and package management. Beyond private offices, Workflow also features seven bookable meeting rooms that accommodate everything from small groups of four to gatherings of 40-plus. Those rooms are open to the public with no membership or lease required, and they can be booked by the hour for team meetings, lunch and learns, happy hours and other events.
“Workflow might look like a solo operation, but it succeeds because our whole Evo team is cross-trained to support our members,” Putnam said. “My primary goal is to meet members and guests wherever they are, whether they need a single-day office, a 10-person meeting room or a backdrop for headshots. We always lead with solutions and never start with a ‘no.’”

Workflow’s winning concept has taken off beyond even what the Evo team initially expected. From the remote professionals and small startups one might expect to find in a coworking space, Workflow’s offices and meeting rooms have also been happily utilized by nonprofits, regional offices, self-employed entrepreneurs and many more across all manner of industries and support needs.
