Ritter Communications is bringing broadband to Pine Bluff with an investment topping $2 million.
The Jonesboro-headquartered broadband provider has invested $2.8 million to bring high-speed fiber internet to Pine Bluff business customers. Ritter has installed XGS-PON servicesfor the local business community, which is designed to provide up to 10 gigabits per second of 100 percent fiber connectivity to users.
In addition, Ritter is providing custom cloud solutions, data storage and other telecommunications services in the area.

Ritter has made several similar forays into other Arkansas metro areas. In June 2020, the company announced that it would be investing $16 million to increase high-speed internet access in the Texarkana area. In February 2019, Ritter invested $7 million to bring high-speed internet to Hot Springs.
Most recently, Ritter has opened a new multi-user data and cloud storage facility in Northeast Arkansas. The $8 million Data Technology Center provides protection for data and information technology infrastructure.
