Wilson & Associates, an affiliate of The Wilson Law Group, recently launched a new family and business solutions practice area. The firm hired attorney Katie Griffin to lead the new area. The offering will provide comprehensive services for estate planning and business matters.

Griffin earned a Bachelor of Science from Arkansas Tech University in Russellville and a Juris Doctor at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in Arkansas and in front of the U.S. District Court, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Arkansas Court of Appeals, Arkansas Supreme Court and the 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. She is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association and Arkansas Association of Women Lawyers.
A compassionate nature and desire to help others drew Griffin to practice law, and she said she appreciates the opportunity to make a positive impact on others’ lives. She finds joy in spending time with her husband and their four children, which usually involves sporting events, being outdoors and community engagement.

As part of the family and business solutions service area, Griffin will provide estate planning and business services such as wills, trusts, probate, asset protection, registered agent services, and business formation and succession services.
