Westrock Coffee has expanded its U.S. operations with a new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Conway dedicated to single-serve coffee products.
Located on William J. Clark Drive in Conway, the ‘Clark’ facility will focus on manufacturing single-serve coffee products and potentially expand into additional product formats in the future, according to a press release. Of the total space, 130,000 square feet will be dedicated to manufacturing, and the remainder will support fulfillment and distribution.
“The single-serve category is evolving rapidly, and we are scaling our operations to meet our customers’ needs,” said Will Ford, COO, in a statement. “This expansive new facility significantly enhances our capabilities in the U.S. market, and we are excited about the opportunities it will create for our existing and potential customers, employees, and the local community here in central Arkansas.”
The Conway expansion continues the company’s recent growth. In 2024, Westrock opened another large manufacturing facility in Conway dedicated to producing ready-to-drink coffee products. Together with the company’s original production facility in North Little Rock and its headquarters in Little Rock, these two new facilities position Arkansas as a leading hub for coffee and beverage manufacturing in the U.S., the press release said.
When both Conway facilities reach full capacity, company officials said they are expected to employ 900 people.
