Colliers Arkansas, Arkansas’ largest commercial real estate and property management firm, recently unveiled a new high-end development in west Little Rock called The Middle.
“The Middle is a 10+ acre mixed-use development at the southeast corner of Rodney Parham Rd. and Hwy. 10 near one of the state’s highest-volume traffic corridors. Construction planning is currently underway for this new community development. Once complete, The Middle will feature a mix of retail, restaurants, hotel, office and entertainment, anchored by a common courtyard/community hub plaza,” according to a property listing on Colliers’ website. “The development is expected to become a vibrant community hub with amenities such as integrated walking and biking trails, tree and greenspace preservation around a natural creek running through the complex, and an outdoor and communal space.”
At this point in the construction process, Colliers’ is currently working with engineers to get an estimate for the installation of utilities and for general work on the site. Some of the potential businesses in discussions to take root at the site include a recognizable hotel, several restaurants, a grocer, a handful of entertainment businesses and retailers, a fitness business and a medical group, all of which have expressed interest in leasing space at The Middle.
The Middle is located near the rebuild of the I-430 and Arkansas 10 interchange that opened in May. The property is located across from Christ the King Catholic Church, with commercial neighbors such as Windstream, CDI Contractors and FIS Global.
This is a developing story.
