“Securing 114 major gifts doesn’t happen by accident. That reflects the hard work of a dedicated team of professionals who love UCA,” Dr. T. Kale Gober, vice president for University Advancement and president of the UCA Foundation, said. “This level of giving is a testament to our incredible donors. They see the trajectory and feel the excitement under Houston Davis’ leadership, so they are investing with confidence and enthusiasm.”
UCA has also benefitted from a major institutional donation earlier this year. The Windgate Foundation donated $20 million to fund the arts at UCA. Of that total, $19 million will be used to build the Windgate Center for Fine and Performing Arts. The remaining funds will be used for arts scholarships.
