The University of Arkansas has selected Cushman & Wakefield | Sage Partners to serve as the property management partner for certain key campus-adjacent assets, the firm announced.
Under the agreement, Sage Partners will provide full-service property management for leased spaces at One East Center and the Garland Avenue Shops, two prominent properties serving the Fayetteville campus and the surrounding community.
The partnership, which commenced on Feb. 1, includes oversight of day-to-day operations, tenant coordination, financial reporting, maintenance and long-term asset strategy for the two properties. Sage Partners will act as the university’s exclusive property management agent for the properties, responsible for executing operational decisions and enhancing overall property performance.
“This partnership reflects a shared commitment to operational excellence and long-term asset stewardship,” said Marshall Saviers, CEO at Cushman & Wakefield | Sage Partners. “We’re proud to support the University of Arkansas with a management approach that prioritizes tenant experience, financial performance, and the continued growth of the campus and surrounding community.”
