Stitt Solar, an Arkansas-based solar company, recently became a SunPower Master Dealer. The company has been a pioneer in its industry since its founding in 1978 and continues to innovate after 44 years in business. In 2020, Stitt became the first SunPower authorized dealer in Arkansas, upgraded its status to Elite Dealer in 2022, and this year accomplished the milestone of becoming a SunPower Master Dealer. Currently, there are more than 850 SunPower dealers in America, and only 35 of them are Master Dealers.
Master Dealer is the highest-ranking SunPower dealers can earn through the highest levels of customer satisfaction, installation quality and service excellence. Additionally, Master Dealers are invested in their communities and have expert knowledge of local jurisdiction and permit regulations.
“Our fascination with clean energy started long ago and it continues today. We’ve always recognized that the sun is a powerful source of energy and is a solution to so many global issues,” said Stitt Solar CEO, David Stitt.
Going solar is a smart investment for homeowners because it can help them to save money, produce their own energy, and can minimize the impact of rising electricity prices. Going solar is more affordable now than ever. In August 2022, the Solar Investment Tax Credit increased from 26% to 30%, providing even greater benefits for homeowners who acquire solar and storage.
“Our focus has always been educating the community about solar energy’s financial and environmental benefits, and to do this, we must offer the highest quality products and services,” David Stitt explained. “Being named as a SunPower Master Dealer is an honor because we’ve aligned ourselves with like-minded industry professionals and is a tribute to our customers and our employees. The future is limitless, and the opportunities are numerous and within our reach.”
