Stephens Insurance, a prominent affiliate of Stephens Inc., has announced significant leadership changes. Korosh Saba will assume the role of President and Chief Executive Officer, while Lizzie Phillips Sanford will step into the position of Chief Strategy Officer. These appointments follow the transition of Miles Stephens, former CEO of Stephens Insurance, to his new role as Co-CEO of Stephens Inc.
“Korosh is an exceptional leader who consistently provides outstanding client service,” said Miles Stephens, Co-CEO of Stephens Inc. “His insight, work ethic and guidance have proven invaluable to clients, Stephens Insurance professionals, and the broader firm. I am incredibly proud of Korosh and am confident he will excel as President and CEO of Stephens Insurance.”
Saba has been with Stephens Insurance since 2019, initially serving as senior vice president. His career at Stephens began in 2011, encompassing roles in the Equity Research department and the investment banking division’s Power & Industrial Technology group. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and graduated with honors from the University of Arkansas.
Sanford’s appointment as Chief Strategy Officer builds on her extensive experience and contributions to the company.
“Lizzie has been an integral part of our team for more than five years and has demonstrated a great capacity for data-driven results,” added Miles Stephens. “She has a uniquely diverse background in analytics and economics that brings together different data points to show a new side of challenges and opportunities. As Chief Strategy Officer, Lizzie will further our ability to serve client needs with greater insights and a broader slate of solutions.”
Sanford joined Stephens Insurance in 2019 as chief information officer. Her career includes founding Rock Analytics, a firm specializing in data visualization, and serving as director and senior economist at Keybridge in Washington, D.C. She earned her MPA in Economics and Health Policy from Princeton University and is a graduate of Rhodes College.
The leadership changes at Stephens Insurance signal a forward-looking strategy aimed at expanding its capabilities and delivering enhanced services to clients.
