Aaron Buckley, creative director of Hot Springs-based advertising agency SixtyOne Celsius, has acquired the agency from its former president, Stephanie Alderdice.
“I am thrilled to take on this new role and continue the legacy of positive change that SixtyOne Celsius has initiated in Hot Springs, Garland County, and beyond,” said Buckley. “Our commitment to helping our clients grow their enterprises remains unwavering, and I look forward to building on the foundation laid by my predecessors.”
Under Buckley’s creative direction, SixtyOne Celsius worked with Hot Springs and Garland County leaders to pass ballot initiatives totaling more than $75 million in community improvement projects. The agency’s portfolio has included a wide range of projects, from highway infrastructure enhancements to the expansion of the Mid-America Science Museum’s facilities and the development of the Majestic Park baseball complex.
SixtyOne Celsius, formerly Kirby & Co., has provided traditional as well as digital advertising and marketing services since 1988. The advertising firm currently serves as the agency of record for Stone Bank, Mid-America Science Museum, Levi Hospital, the Discovery Center at Murfree Spring and Arkansas Dental Centers. SixtyOne Celsius also holds contracts with many other small businesses, nonprofits and financial institutions to provide video production, social media management, website development, media strategy and placement, and public relations.
