Sissy’s Log Cabin has been named the honoree for the 23rd annual Chocolate Fantasy Ball, one of Central Arkansas’s premier charity galas benefiting Ronald McDonald House Arkansas & North Louisiana. The event raises critical funds to support families with seriously ill or injured children staying at Ronald McDonald House: Little Rock.
The jewelry company is being recognized for its longtime generosity and continued commitment to families in need. Through years of donated jewelry for the Chocolate Fantasy Ball, the Jones family and Sissy’s Log Cabin have helped raise more than $300,000, providing over 30,000 nights of comfort, care and support for families while their children receive life-saving medical treatment.
“We are excited to honor the generous support of Sissy’s Log Cabin and the meaningful difference they continue to make for Arkansas families,” said Janell Mason, CEO. “Their partnership has had a lasting impact on families staying with us in the Ronald McDonald House: Little Rock.”
Mason also reflected on the company’s early involvement with the event.
“Carol Stephens and I chaired the event in 2009, when it was still relatively new to the community, and we were working hard to create an inviting atmosphere while finding new ways to raise important funding to directly benefit families in Little Rock seeking critical healthcare for their child,” she said. “Carol reached out to Sissy’s Log Cabin, and we were thrilled by their willingness to go above and beyond. Years later, they continue to support families with that same generosity and heart.”
Bill Jones, CEO of Sissy’s Log Cabin, said the honor reflects the company’s core values.
“Our commitment has always been to care for people the way we care for our customers, like family. To be honored at the Chocolate Fantasy Ball, which raises crucial support for families facing medical challenges, is truly meaningful to all of us at Sissy’s Log Cabin,” Jones said. “We’ve always believed in the importance of leaving every place better than we found it and making a difference where we live and work. The 2026 Chocolate Fantasy Ball will take place on Feb. 28 at 6 p.m. in the Wally Allen Ballroom at the Statehouse Convention Center. The black-tie gala, being led this year by Gala Chair Phyllis Rogers, is known for selling out early and features thousands of chocolate creations, chocolate martinis, a chef-prepared dinner, live and silent auctions, and an afterparty. Proceeds stay local and directly support families served by Ronald McDonald House.
Last year’s event raised more than $860,000, and organizers hope to surpass that total in 2026. Guests will also hear from a featured family who spent 111 nights at Ronald McDonald House while their newborns were in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, underscoring the mission behind the evening.
