Seth McRae Named New Director of LR Tech Park

Seth McRae is the new executive director of the Little Rock Technology Park.

McRae most recently served as senior property manager for Moses Tucker Partners in Little Rock. Birch resigned to take a position with Lile Real Estate in Little Rock. He succeeds Brent Birch, the park’s first director.

In other tech park news, Michelle Royal was hired as marketing coordinator and Jessica Dearnley, CEO of Little Rock’s Flake & Co., was elected chair of the tech park board.

McRae has nearly a decade of experience leading commercial real estate operations, redevelopment projects and property management across central Arkansas, having managed more than 1.5 million square feet of commercial property, according to a press release.
