Ritter Communications has named a new chief financial officer. The Jonesboro-headquartered broadband provider has tapped Heath Simpson to take control of the company’s financial operations.
Simpson will be succeeding Bill Harrison in the CFO role. According to a Ritter Communications news release, Harrison will continue to be involved with E. Ritter & Company, the parent company of Ritter Communications.
“Heath has stepped into the role previously held by Bill Harrison,” Ritter Communications CEO Alan Morse said in a statement. “We conducted a nationwide search with the help of a highly esteemed executive search firm. We know Heath brings the skills, experience, telecom expertise and cultural fit we need to support our continued growth efforts and I’m pleased to welcome him to our leadership team.”
Prior to joining Ritter Communications, Simpson served as the chief financial officer at BACOM, Inc. In addition, he served as a senior executive with Frontier Communications.
