Get your favorite sports merch and accessories ready… Little Rock is gearing up for “Red in the Rock, “an in-state matchup as the Arkansas Razorbacks take on the Arkansas State Red Wolves at War Memorial Stadium this fall.
Kickoff is scheduled for 4 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 6, and the stadium gates will open at 2:30 p.m. Fans can secure their spot now, with tickets starting at $40 (plus fees). Prices vary by seating section and availability.
Located at 1 Stadium Drive in the heart of Little Rock, War Memorial Stadium is known for its historic sports events. Its first event was a winning Razorbacks game against the Abilene Christian Wildcats in September 1948. The upcoming game promises big energy as two of the state’s most beloved college football programs face off.
No Razorback gameday is complete without tailgating, and fans can begin setting up as early as 10 a.m. General tailgating in parking areas is first-come, first-served, but for those looking to stay close to the action, reserved tailgating spots (10’ x 20’) are available near the stadium.
Whether you’re calling the Hogs or howling for the Red Wolves, this showdown is set to be one of Arkansas’ most exciting football events of the season.
