Chris Blair has joined the executive leadership team at Radius Aerospace, becoming the Hot Springs-based company’s new head of business development.
Blair will be charged with overseeing the aviation and aerospace manufacturing firm’s major customer relationships, as well as managing new business developments and sales. He will also play a significant role in guiding Radius Aerospace’s growth path.
Most recently, Blair served as a senior vice president of global strategic accounts for Incora. He has more than 23 years of business development expertise.

Blair holds a degree from Eastern Washington University.
According to its corporate website, Radius Aerospace operates five active manufacturing facilities with a combined 870,000 square-feet of space. The company manufactures sheet metal parts, including skins, leading edges, doors, longerons, webs, formers, and covers and rib. Radius also manufactures sub-assembly items, including skin assemblies, door assemblies, panel assemblies, skid tubes, cross tubes, fairings, elevators, stabilizers and console assemblies.
