Plans Reportedly Being Made for Former Cajun’s Wharf Building

New developments may soon be coming to the former Cajun’s Wharf space.

The Little Rock mainstay, which closed in June after 44 years in operation, has been scoped out by multiple developers, according to reports from Arkansas Business. According to the report, a new company is expected to sign a lease within the next 2 months.

Mary Beth Ringgold, the former owner of Cajun’s Wharf, closed the restaurant on June 1. The lease for the 20,000 square-foot building, located on the banks of the Arkansas River, expired June 30.

Ringgold continues to operate two Little Rock restaurants: Capers Restaurant and Market and Copper Grill.
