The Pendergraft Building, located at the corner of Drake Street and Gregg Avenue in Fayetteville, has been named a winner of the 2024 Urban Guild Design Excellence Award for Mixed Use Architecture. This project, developed by High Street Real Estate & Development and designed by Nequette Architecture & Design, is celebrated for its “Modern National Park” aesthetic, blending traditional design elements with modern features.
The Urban Guild, a national organization that promotes exceptional urban design, recognizes projects that enhance their environments while adhering to sustainable building practices.
“The Pendergraft Building embodies our vision of creating sophisticated and welcoming spaces that foster community cohesion,” said Ward Davis, founding principal at High Street Real Estate & Development. “This recognition by the Urban Guild affirms the attention that went into its design and development.”
Completed in 2022, the Pendergraft Building currently functions as the family office for the Pendergraft family, with additional spaces available for leasing. This building was also recognized with the Excellence in Construction Award by the Associated Builders & Contractors of Arkansas in 2023.
