Destination Rogers has announced the appointment of Patrick Reynolds as its new director of sales, bringing more than 20 years of hospitality leadership experience to the organization. A division of the Rogers Lowell Chamber, Destination Rogers works to promote the city as a hub for meetings, conventions and tradeshows across the region.
In his new role, Reynolds will focus on hotel and convention center sales while leading efforts to attract meeting planners and event organizers to Rogers. His responsibilities include generating leads, securing convention bookings and overseeing the delivery of convention services to ensure a seamless experience for both clients and visitors.
“Patrick brings a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and a strong track record in hotel and destination sales,” said J.R. Shaw, executive director. “He knows what meeting planners need and how to translate that into real opportunities for Rogers. We’re excited to have him on board as we continue to elevate our community as a meetings and events destination.”
Reynolds officially joined Destination Rogers in December 2025 after serving as director of sales for Hyatt Place and Courtyard by Marriott in Fayetteville. His career also includes leadership roles with major hospitality companies across California, Arizona and Texas, giving him a broad perspective on destination sales and group travel markets.
“I’m honored to join Destination Rogers and help expand our presence in the meetings and conventions market,” said Reynolds. “Rogers offers exceptional facilities, lodging options and off-site experiences that make it easy for planners to deliver productive and memorable events. I’m eager to build meaningful relationships with meeting and event professionals, bring new business to our city and showcase why Rogers is a top choice for groups of all sizes.”
Reynolds holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Stanislaus State University in Turlock, California. He lives in Rogers with his wife and son, and the family enjoys spending time exploring local parks. Outside of work, Reynolds enjoys reading, staying active and attending live music performances.
