Rogers-based soccer club Ozark United FC unveiled renderings of its future stadium Tuesday, an undertaking that will create a sports-centered entertainment district for Rogers and the Northwest Arkansas Region.
Totaling 36 acres and located at the intersection of West Perry Road and South Bellview Road, the complex will include commercial, retail and residential plots in what Ozark FC calls “a year-round live-work-play destination for the region.”

“Our goal has always been to create more than just a stadium; we want to build a lasting home for soccer and a hub for community engagement,” said Chris Martinovic, co-founder of Ozark United FC. “This district will provide fans, residents and visitors with an unparalleled experience both on and off matchdays.”

The new stadium site will allow for more entertainment and shopping opportunities than Ozark FC’s current facility, allowing for restaurants, breweries and other options for both game days and off-season activities.
Included in the new development:
- Expanded seating and match-day experience for fans.
- A stadium that meets U.S. Soccer Federation Division I standards.
- Better entry and exit options to ensure seamless access for fans and visitors.
- Mixed-use that fosters economic growth beyond soccer events.
- Commercial, retail and residential spaces.
- Future expansion potential with space for long-term growth and evolving regional needs.

“Sports-anchored entertainment districts are among the most exciting trends in stadium development across the country,” said Warren Smith, co-founder of Ozark United FC. “We’re listening to our fans and building something much bigger than a stadium—something that truly reflects the spirit of Northwest Arkansas. It’s an honor to help create a place where people can live, work, play, and come together around soccer and community.”
