USL Arkansas, the state’s second professional soccer club, recently announced that it will unveil its club name, crest and colors on Thursday, Oct. 3, at Rendezvous Junction in Rogers.
USL Arkansas will launch men’s and women’s teams for the 2026 season. The men’s club will compete in the USL Championship League and the women’s team will compete in the USL Super League, each level of competition roughly equivalent to the AAA level — one step below the majors — in Minor League Baseball.
Wes Harris, co-founder of USL Arkansas, will emcee the event, which will also feature co-founders Warren Smith and Chris Martinovic.
A new stadium seating roughly 5,000 fans is planned for the Pinnacle Hills district of Rogers.
A press release from USL Arkansas stated that the event will mark a major milestone in bringing professional soccer to northwest Arkansas and showcase the club’s identity, which was shaped by extensive community involvement. In addition to revealing the club’s brand identity, the press conference will provide insights into the branding process, the club’s vision and next steps, according to the release.
The Little Rock Rangers, a USL2 club playing out of War Memorial Stadium, are the state’s first pro soccer team. For more information on the northwest Arkansas teams, click here.
