FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (NWA Politics) — Getting birth control without a prescription in Arkansas? One legislator is working on it.

Rep. Aaron Pilkington, R-Clarksville, just had his interim study proposal approved by colleagues and is pushing for pharmacists in Arkansas to be able to issue oral contraceptives without a prescription.
