Moses Tucker Partners (MTP), a Little Rock-based commercial brokerage, development and property management firm, has announced its expansion into the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) market through the acquisition of Firewheel Town Village, an active adult apartment community in Garland, Texas. This acquisition, a joint venture with Equity Partnership Holdings (EPH), marks MTP’s first step into the competitive DFW region.
Located along the President George Bush Turnpike, Firewheel Town Village is a premier 55+ community offering high-end amenities and modern interiors, including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a heated saltwater pool. Built in 2018, the 154-unit property boasts an impressive 84 percent resident retention rate over the past year, underscoring its appeal and value.
“Expanding into the DFW market represents a key strategic move for Moses Tucker Partners,” President and CEO of MTP Chris Moses said. “The Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex is the most dynamic market in the United States for job and population growth, making it an ideal environment for our firm’s continued expansion.”
The acquisition is part of a broader strategy by MTP and EPH to establish a strong presence in the rapidly growing DFW area, with additional acquisitions planned in the near future. The DFW Metroplex, known for its pro-business environment and steady economic expansion, continues to attract institutional investors, particularly in the multifamily housing sector, as demand for housing outpaces supply.
Valiant Residential will manage Firewheel Town Village, ensuring that high standards of service and care are maintained for the community’s residents.
This expansion reflects MTP’s commitment to growing its investment portfolio by targeting stabilized assets in economically robust markets, positioning the firm for continued success in the DFW region.
