Mid-Town Plumbing announced the acquisition of Bain Heat & Air, bringing together two Benton-based businesses with decades of experience serving residential and commercial customers across the region.
According to the announcement, the acquisition is designed to strengthen both companies’ plumbing and HVAC operations while expanding service capabilities throughout central Arkansas and beyond.
The companies said the partnership will allow them to combine resources, streamline scheduling and dispatch services, and provide customers with a single point of contact for plumbing and heating-and-air needs.
“We are so excited to join the Mid-Town family. This partnership represents a tremendous opportunity to accelerate our vision,” said Chris Bain, owner of Bain Heat & Air. “With Mid-Town’s resources and expertise, we will be able to deliver even greater value to our clients and scale our operations to new heights. I want to personally thank our dedicated team, loyal customers, and partners for making this milestone possible. Together, we are entering a promising new chapter.”
Mid-Town Plumbing President Jim Kuhlmann said the move is about more than expanding the companies’ reach.
“This partnership is about more than growth — it strengthens our delivery of integrated services while ensuring we continue to meet the evolving needs of our clients,” Kuhlmann said. “Since Bain’s founding, their dedication and customer-first mentality have helped establish a strong reputation of excellence. We plan to continue that mission TOGETHER!”
Bain Heat & Air will continue operating under its current name during the transition period, and all employees will remain with the combined organization, according to the release.
Customers can expect the same staff members and services they are familiar with, now supported by expanded operational resources and expertise.
The companies said the acquisition positions them to further establish themselves as a leading provider of plumbing and HVAC services in central Arkansas, combining local service with the scale of a larger full-service operation.
The transaction was advised by Blue Collar Consulting.
