MHP/Team SI, a full-service, data-driven performance marketing firm, has promoted Kelsey Blackmon and Aziza Carroll to account strategy directors. In their new roles, Blackmon and Carroll are responsible for developing ongoing business relationships from the prospect stage through existing account management.
“Kelsey and Aziza’s dedicated and innovative approach to strategic planning has been instrumental in moving the needle for our clients, driving remarkable results and unlocking new opportunities,” Sharon Tallach Vogelpohl, president and CEO, said. “As account strategy directors, we are confident their expertise will continue to support both our internal teammates and our clients.”
Originally from Bryant, Blackmon joined the agency in 2016 as an intern. She has since developed her talent and skills to take on several positions throughout the company, working closely with her clients to build results-driven, award-winning performance marketing campaigns. Blackmon received a Bachelor of Arts in mass communication and graphic design from Ouachita Baptist University and is a member of the Leadership Greater Little Rock class XXXVII.
“We are proud of the award-winning work Kelsey and Aziza consistently provide to our clients,” Whitney Burgess, vice president of marketing and strategy, said. “Throughout their journeys at the agency, they have demonstrated a consistent record of surpassing client expectations. These successes are directly related to their commitment to planning and successfully executing fresh concepts and strategies.”
A Houston native, Carroll started her career at the agency in 2018 as a senior content producer. In her most recent role as a senior account executive, Carroll was responsible for planning and overseeing the implementation of multi-channel marketing strategies, serving as an intermediary to bridge the gap between her clients and the various teams operating within the full-service firm. Carroll attended the University of Texas in Austin, earning a Bachelor of Arts in journalism and psychology. Before joining the agency, she worked at the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette as a reporter.
