McCauley Services, a family-owned-and-operated pest management company headquartered in Benton, has announced that Justin McCauley, son of the company’s founder, Mike McCauley, has been inducted as the president of the National Pest Management Association. He has previously served as vice president of the Association, and will now lead the organization that supports and advocates for pest management professionals nationwide.
“I’m excited to work with the NPMA to help ensure that every pest management professional across our industry has access to the resources, training and experience they need to consistently elevate the quality of their work on behalf of clients,” McCauley said. “This is an incredible opportunity to share the strong family values and high-quality standards we hold ourselves up to at McCauley Services with my colleagues across the country.”
Through the efforts of Justin, his father Mike and his brother Zac, McCauley Services is a shining example of the quality that the NPMA seeks to promote in all pest management businesses. They have built a pest control team with superior products, advanced equipment, and extensive training that includes a 60-90 day training period and the completion of an Urban Entomology course through Purdue University. This dedication to quality has earned McCauley Services a QualityPro Certification, which less than 3% of U.S. pest control companies receive, and is awarded to those who go above and beyond to adhere to the highest standards in professionalism and results.
