Little Rock land investment firm Lile Real Estate has expanded its team with the addition of four new members, including former Little Rock Tech Park Director Brent Birch.
Joining Birch at Lile are Dustin Roddy of Cache River Farms, who will be based in Searcy, as executive broker focusing on eastern Arkansas and the Cache River corridor; Craig Bonsall, CFO for Walker Energy, as sales agent offering clients a strategic understanding of land as both a financial and legacy asset; and Helena native Walter Morris, partnering with his son, Trey, from the firm’s Oxford, Mississippi, office, as sales agent focusing on the Delta.
“We are pleased to welcome Brent, Dustin, Craig and Walter to our team,” said the firm’s president, Gardner Lile. “Each brings meaningful experience and a strong commitment to serving our clients well. This addition allows us to thoughtfully expand our capabilities and continue delivering the high level of service our clients expect. Together, these additions reflect Lile Real Estate’s continued commitment to pairing deep local knowledge with diverse professional expertise. As demand for agricultural, recreational, and timberland properties continues to grow, the firm is investing in people who understand not just the value of land but the responsibility that comes with it.”
Birch is joining the firm as director of marketing and sales agent. He brings a decade of commercial real estate experience and a well-known voice in Arkansas’s waterfowling community. He is widely recognized as a conservationist, historian, author and co-host of the Standard Sportsman podcast. He is also a partner and habitat manager of a waterfowl-focused farm in Arkansas County near Humphrey, giving him firsthand insight into the land stewardship values that drive many Lile clients.
“For more than 33 years, we have had the privilege of delivering exceptional service to the market, supported by a loyal and trusted client base. The addition of these respected professionals, along with Collier Watkins in May of 2025, further strengthens our firm’s depth of knowledge, experience, and commitment to professionalism and integrity. Under Gardner’s leadership, I am confident in our future and energized for the opportunities ahead to serve our clients and the regional marketplace,” said Gar Lile, chairman and CEO.
