Little Rock construction services company Lexicon has announced the promotion of Tony Wallace and the addition of Justin Fraser to the company’s quality leadership team.
Wallace has been at Lexicon for over 37 years, working in the fields of steel welding, fabrication and erection. He has been promoted to the role of quality director, where he will oversee quality control and assurance programs.
“Tony’s commitment to continuous improvement has helped us deliver value and confidence to our customers for decades,” said Viji Kuruvilla, vice president of quality. “His leadership and experience make him the ideal person to guide our quality program into the future.”
Wallace is an American Welding Society Certified Welding Inspector and a Certified Welding Educator with an ASNT-ACCP Level II certificate.
Lexicon has also brought on Fraser as a quality director, overseeing the Fabrication Group and the Lexicon Energy Services division. Fraser has over 10 years of experience in quality assurance and compliance, having previously held quality management roles with the construction and oil industries.
“Justin brings a fresh perspective and a strong track record of driving quality improvements in complex industries,” said Kuruvilla. “His addition to our team reinforces our dedication to operational excellence and positions us well for continued innovation across our divisions.”
Before joining Lexicon, Fraser served as corporate director of quality at Alberici Constructors in St. Louis. He holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees in engineering management, as well as a graduate certificate in Lean Six Sigma from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
