Mallory Lefler of Conway Regional Health & Fitness Center has been honored as the “Health Promotion Specialist of the Year” by the Conway Area Healthcare Forum.
The Conway Regional Health & Fitness Center gave a shoutout to Lefler in a celebratory Facebook post.

Lefler leads the Rock Steady Boxing program, designed for individuals with Parkinson’s or Parkinsonism disease, aiming to enhance their quality of life through a non-contact, boxing-based fitness curriculum. In addition to her work with Rock Steady Boxing, Lefler supports the center’s medically integrated fitness programs, manages personal trainers and assists with events like Kids Run Arkansas and Get Moving Arkansas.
