Two Central Arkansas construction companies have merged to form a new company.
KO Construction and O’Gary Industrial Group have merged, forming Keet O’Gary Construction, which will perform industrial and commercial work. The new company will provide general contracting, design-build and construction management services.
In addition, Keet O’Gary Construction will specialize in steel design and fabrication, erection and certified welding with millwright services offered by trained tradesmen.
“The Keet’s and O’Gary’s have always been dedicated to providing the highest level of quality in all aspects of a project, and this merger made perfect sense,” Gregory O’Gary, president and CEO of Keet O’Gary Construction, said in a statement. “Our clients have already benefited from a ‘deeper bench’ of expertise and services, which we will now utilize on every project.”
Already, Keet O’Gary Construction has completed one project: the new Cypress Social restaurant in North Little Rock. The restaurant is owned by Keet’s JTJ Restaurants LLC group.
