The Kimbel Mechanical Systems headquarters, a three-building industrial portfolio located on North Shiloh Drive in Fayetteville, recently closed for $27.85 million.
Wade Smith, Alan Cole and Isaac Smith, all of Colliers | Arkansas, represented the buyer, Tempus Shiloh LLC, an affiliate of Little Rock-based Tempus Realty Partners. Marshall Saviers of Cushman & Wakefield | Sage Partners represented the seller, Shiloh Drive LLC.

Totaling 288,390 square feet on approximately 15.5 acres, the portfolio sits just off Interstate 49. The three buildings, constructed between 1991 and 1998, serve as the headquarters and primary operations hub for Kimbel Mechanical Systems, a mechanical contracting firm with projects across the country. Kimbel occupies all three buildings under a long-term lease.

Kimbel Mechanical Systems was established in 1984 in Ohio and re-established in northwest Arkansas in 1993. The company operates projects nationwide from its headquarters in Fayetteville.
“Opportunities to purchase a corporate headquarters of this quality, with a tenant of Kimbel’s caliber and frontage on I-49, almost never come to market. We’re proud to have helped our client secure it,” Cole said.
