Kembralyn Redman has been promoted to assistant vice president and community engagement officer at First Community Bank in Batesville.
In this role, Redman will help build and strengthen relationships with schools, nonprofit organizations, civic groups and community partners throughout northeast Arkansas while also supporting community engagement efforts in additional markets across the bank’s footprint. She coordinates sponsorships, charitable giving, volunteer initiatives and community events while working closely with the bank’s marketing team to further First Community Bank’s commitment to the communities it serves, according to a press release. She joined the bank in 2016.

A graduate of Arkansas State University, Redman earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management. She is also a graduate of the Jonesboro Regional Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program.
