The Arkansas Democrat-Gazette’s Noel Oman, who has traveled a lot of miles on the state’s highways beat, reports that a project to widen a section of Kanis Road that was expected to start in 2015 or 2016 “is taking longer than first envisioned.”
“Try 2017,” Mr. Oman writes.
