Evelyn Jorgenson will remain president of Northwest Arkansas Community College for three more years.
The community college’s board renewed Jorgenson’s contract unanimously on Monday, according to the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette. Her previous three-year contact was set to expire in June.
Jorgenson joined NACC in 2013 after serving as president of Moberly Area Community College for 17 years. She previously served as vice president and program director at MACC.
She is the community college’s third president.
