Hotel Hot Springs is officially under contract.

Keen-Summit Capital Partners LLC and Kelley Commercial Partners have been retained to market Hotel Hot Springs at 305 Malvern Avenue in Hot Springs. With this offering, this open and operating hotel is available for purchase.

The hotel’s highlights include:

14 stories, 200 rooms and 134,230 square feet;
Originally built in 1986 on 1.44 acres;
$8 million renovation completed in 2016;
Amenities such as The Inside Track Grill & Sports Lounge and 7,000 square feet of meeting and event space;
Shuttle to Magic Springs Theme & Water Park, Oaklawn Racing & Gaming and downtown.

The hotel also benefits from its connection to the Hot Springs Convention Center and its location within walking distance to Hot Springs National Park and hiking trails.
