The ribbon has been cut on Hot Springs Suites, a new lodging property located in historic downtown Hot Springs.
Developed and constructed by D&S Realty Group, the property at 312 Spring Street offers 24 one- and two-bedroom suites for business, leisure and extended stays. The property opened in January and recently joined the Greater Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce.
“We were drawn to Hot Springs because of its history, natural beauty and the continued growth of downtown as a destination for events, entertainment and tourism,” said Co-owner Anatoliy Sosnovskiy. “We’re excited to join the Greater Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce and to provide visitors with a comfortable, convenient place to stay while they experience everything Hot Springs has to offer.”
