Heritage Links, the golf course division of Arkansas-based Lexicon, Inc., has hired Chris Harz as senior vice president of irrigation. He will be responsible for the oversight of the Heritage Links irrigation department.
He comes in with over 20 years of experience in the golf course and heavy civil construction industries, having managed projects from the estimating phase to final project completion. His past projects include new golf course construction, bunker and green remodels, irrigation renovations, driving range upgrades, highway bridge projects, roadway reconstruction and dam reconstruction, among many other light and heavy civil projects.
“Chris is a master in project management,” said Heritage Links president Jon O’Donnell. “His golf course construction and heavy civil construction background, coupled with his proven track record of success, positions him as a valuable asset to the Heritage Links team.”
Holding a bachelor’s degree in German from the University of Nebraska Omaha, Harz previously worked as a senior project manager for American Civil Constructors. His clients included Troon Golf, the City and County of Denver, the City of Aurora, the Colorado Golf Association, the Colorado Department of Transportation, and the Federal Highway Administration.
