Heights Corner Market Building Reportedly Sold for $1.7M

Heights Corner Market building, located at 5018 Kavanaugh Blvd. in Little Rock, has been sold, according to Arkansas Business.

Arkansas Business reports 5701 Kavanaugh LLC, led by Merritt Dake, paid $1.7 million for the building. It was reportedly sold by Country Club Station Realty Co., led by Leslye Flake Shellam.

The 7,118-square-foot building remains open for business despite the change in landlord.
