Natalie Ghidotti, APR, founder and CEO of Little Rock-based Ghidotti Communications, has been named regional vice president for The Americas with the Public Relations Global Network (PRGN), one of the world’s largest collections of independent public relations agencies.
In this leadership role, Ghidotti will oversee collaboration and business development across North, Central and South America, with an emphasis on knowledge-sharing and growing the organization’s member network in the region.

Ghidotti succeeds Sean Dowdall of San Francisco-based Landis Communications Inc., who served as regional vice president since November 2023 and previously held the role of treasurer for PRGN.
Ghidotti Communications joined PRGN in 2020. The international network includes more than 50 owner-operated agencies worldwide, connecting clients with key audiences through a blend of local expertise and global reach.
Since founding her agency in 2007, Ghidotti has led campaigns across multiple industries and currently serves as the 2025 chair of the Public Relations Society of America’s Counselors Academy. She began her communications career as a journalist, spending more than 10 years reporting in Texas and Arkansas before entering public relations in 2004.
Her appointment comes as PRGN continues to grow its international leadership team, with recent regional appointments in Asia-Pacific and EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa). Ghidotti’s selection reinforces both her agency’s and PRGN’s commitment to innovation, strategic partnership and cross-border collaboration.
