Four brokerage leaders from Colliers | Arkansas have been honored with membership in the company’s annual Everest Club for 2025, a prestigious designation recognizing the top 10 percent of revenue-producing professionals across the firm.
This year’s honorees are CEO Kevin Huchingson, President Isaac Smith and Vice President of Brokerage Bill Pendergist, all of Little Rock, as well as Managing Director Steve Lane of Rogers.
The Colliers International Everest Club is an elite, performance-based designation awarded annually to the top 10 percent of producers in brokerage, valuation and corporate solutions specialists within Colliers. Selected from more than 24,000 professionals across the U.S., Canada and other global regions, members are recognized for exceptional service, entrepreneurial spirit and superior revenue production in commercial real estate.
Membership in the Everest Club identifies the firm’s highest-performing advisors who consistently exceed client expectations while driving meaningful results. The designation serves to reward, retain and highlight the company’s most accomplished professionals.
Huchingson earned Everest Club recognition for the 16th year in a row for his leadership and contributions across investment, office, industrial and retail sectors. Smith earned his 13th recognition for his continued excellence in investment and industrial brokerage, while Pendergrast was recognized for the second time and Lane, who leads the firm’s northwest Arkansas operations, was honored for the fourth time.
“We are proud to see our leadership team recognized among Colliers’ top producers across North America,” Smith said. “Everest Club membership reflects not only strong revenue performance, but also the entrepreneurial drive and client-first mindset that define our team. Competing and succeeding alongside professionals in much larger markets speaks to the strength of our platform and our market as well as the trust our clients place in us every day.”
