A new exercise studio chain is coming to Little Rock in January.
Manduu, a Nashville, Tenn.-based fitness company, is expanding to Arkansas as part of a nationwide expansion effort. The company is opening a new studio at 17200 Chenal Parkway, Suite 230 with a grand opening set for Thursday, Jan. 28.
Using electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) technology, Manduu provides personally-tailored, 15 minute workouts. Manduu is reportedly the first FDA-cleared whole body EMS system in the United States.
“I am excited to bring the health benefits of Manduu to the citizens of Little Rock,” Jay Snider, co-owner of the Little Rock franchise, said in a statement. “I’ve met several people who have lost weight, built muscle and fought off serious medical conditions thanks to Manduu, and I cannot wait to help create similar success stories with our clients.”
Manduu is gearing up for more expansions throughout 2021. The company plans to have 75 studios open by the end of the year.
The company currently has 15 studios on its corporate website, including the Arkansas studio, with some listed as ‘coming soon.’ Five of the studios are in Tennessee, and three are in Texas. There are two in Illinois, and one each in Alabama and California. There are studios in Florida and North Carolina that are reportedly coming soon.
