First Community Bank recently promoted Nikki Hughes to senior vice president of loan administration. With nearly four decades of banking experience, Hughes has been a vital member of the First Community Bank team since 2001.
“Nikki has been a tremendous asset to our team,” said David Wood, executive vice president and regional president for several Arkansas regions. “Her commitment to excellence and her understanding of our customers’ needs have made her an invaluable part of our organization. We look forward to the continued positive impact that she has on our bank and our community.”
Hughes, a graduate of the Barret School of Banking in 2005, has shown exceptional dedication and leadership throughout her career. A lifelong resident of Searcy, she has deep ties to the community, both personally and professionally.
“I appreciate that First Community Bank and David Wood have allowed me to grow with the bank,” Hughes said. “David, Keith Riley, and I transitioned together from another bank, and we were thrilled to watch the Searcy locations explode with new business. Our customers have truly supported us through the years, and we are very grateful for them. This bank consistently shows appreciation for their employees and is ever-changing to provide the latest technology and services for our customers. This has provided me with the opportunity to express to our customers how important they are to the bank and offer them the best products available in banking.”
Hughes is based at the bank’s branch at 2401 West Beebe Capps Expressway in Searcy. First Community Bank also has locations at 800 East Beebe Capps Expressway and 2801 East Race Street in Searcy. The bank offers competitive loan and deposit products, along with a range of online and electronic banking services, including mobile banking and deposits, online bill pay, online/mobile account opening, and custom eAlerts.
