First Community Bank has successfully acquired property at 3150 West Wedington Drive, formerly operated as The Bank of Fayetteville, and has received the necessary regulatory approvals to establish this new branch location within the thriving financial landscape of Northwest Arkansas.
“We are thrilled to bring First Community Bank’s legacy of exceptional banking services to the vibrant community of Fayetteville. This expansion aligns perfectly with our commitment to serving the financial needs of the region and fostering strong community connections,” Natalie Bartholomew, community president for Northwest Arkansas of First Community Bank, stated. “Our extensive knowledge of the Washington County market, driven by the fact that members of our dedicated team call this community home, positions us to deliver personalized banking solutions that truly understand and cater to the unique needs of our neighbors.”
The 3,747-square-foot facility will undergo a comprehensive remodel to provide full-service banking, complete with convenient drive-thru teller services. Furthermore, the bank is proud to offer a dedicated community room that will be available for public use.
Construction is set to commence before the end of the year. This new branch will be strategically located within a 2-mile radius of the University of Arkansas, further enhancing accessibility and convenience for both students and residents.
In addition to the new Fayetteville location, the bank has a location at 5100 W. Park Ave., Ste. 124 in Rogers, Arkansas. The Rogers location opened Oct. 3, 2022, and is a one-stop financial center offering a variety of financial services to its customers. The bank’s lobby is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. First Community Bank takes pride in offering competitive loan and deposit products, along with a robust suite of online and electronic banking services, including mobile banking and deposits, online bill pay, online/mobile account opening and custom eAlerts.
