Faymonville Group celebrated the steel topping-out of its new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Little Rock on Friday. The facility marks the company’s first U.S. production facility and represents an investment of more than $100 million in the region.
Located on a 54-acre site at the Port of Little Rock, the new facility currently covers 409,000 square feet. This will expand to 624,000 square feet in Phase 2 of the project timeline.
“In North America, we aim to set strong new accents alongside the existing Faymonville portfolio,” said Alexander Fickers, CEO of the Faymonville Group. “In close cooperation with our U.S. customers, we continuously develop new vehicles featuring innovations the market has not seen before. Under the MAX Trailer brand, two new models have been launched recently. Our site in Little Rock will play a key role in this strategy — Vehicles made in the USA, for the USA. Opening our new facility in Little Rock is a major milestone for us – and we can’t wait to grow our Faymily there.”
Faymonville announced its plans to locate the manufacturing facility in Little Rock in October 2024. The company has partnered with Isom Company on the development of the facility, which is expected to be completed and operational by Q2 of 2026. Faymonville will be hiring for a range of positions at the Little Rock facility.
“Faymonville’s first U.S. manufacturing facility at the Port of Little Rock reinforces Arkansas’ emergence as a destination for global manufacturers looking to grow in America,” said Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders. “With this investment, the Port continues to evolve as a leading logistics and industrial hub, and products built in Arkansas will continue to compete on a global stage.”
