A new general manager has been appointed for the Fayetteville Town Center. The center’s former director of sales, Tina Archer-Cope has been selected to serve as the general manager
As general manager, Archer-Cope will oversee a range of events, including business seminars, concerts, conventions, galas, trade shows and weddings. She will head a staff of 15 employees.
“I am thrilled for this exciting new opportunity at the Fayetteville Town Center, and I am excited to watch our team grow and develop,” Archer-Cope said in a statement. “We have made great strides to improve the experiences offered for our guests. It’s our mission to provide exceptional service.”
As an event venue, Fayetteville Town Center is overseen by the Fayetteville’s convention and visitor’s bureau, Experience Fayetteville. The center, located in the city’s downtown square, features 19,000 square feet of meeting space.
“Tina combines sales experience with a rich background in hospitality and is a natural leader. She cares tremendously about her staff, and will work diligently to serve our clients and community,” Experience Fayetteville CEO Molly Rawn said.
Archer-Cope holds a bachelor’s degree in hospitality administration and management from Arkansas Tech Univeristy.
