What kind of culture do you try to cultivate in the office?
We try to cultivate a culture that feels like family while still pushing for excellence. We want people to feel seen, supported and empowered while also knowing they are part of something meaningful. Creativity, collaboration, innovation and service are all important to us, but so is heart. We want the people around us to know that their ideas, their work and the businesses we serve matter. At the end of the day, we are not just producing deliverables; we are helping support dreams, livelihoods and futures. That perspective shapes the kind of culture we want to build every day.
What do you want the business to accomplish in 2026?
In 2026, our focus is not simply on expansion. It is intentional evolution. We aim to strengthen TMG’s position as a trusted partner in marketing and business strategy while continuing to build LiftOff as a phased, integrated ecosystem that supports modern business owners. This includes expanding the capabilities introduced by LiftOff CRM and LiftOff POS while laying the foundation for the broader TMG Business Marketing Suite, a system designed to align marketing, communication and operational tools. Our goal is to reduce fragmentation to give business owners more clarity, more control, and fewer barriers between where they are and where they want to go. Growth, for us, is not measured solely by scale. It is measured by usefulness.
What is one thing you wish everyone knew about your industry?
There is no universal formula for a successful business, nor should there be. A major misconception in this industry is that growth can be standardized. Templates, trends and shortcuts are marketed as solutions, but they rarely address the real complexity of business. Every company operates within its own context, market, audience, resources and vision. At TMG, we believe our industry’s role is not to impose a strategy but to help find the right one. That’s why we invest in more adaptive solutions — because businesses need clarity, not more noise.
