Chris Apple, Owner
How did your business get its start?
We started Arkansas Pro Wash 17 years ago. Since then, we’ve grown, served commercial clients across the state, and built a reputation for high-quality exterior cleaning and large-scale projects. Over time, we saw a greater need: Clients didn’t just need cleaning services; they needed a reliable partner to consistently maintain their property’s image, leading to the launch of CAM Pro Services.
What is something people often misunderstand about your industry?
Many people see exterior maintenance as just cleaning, painting or repairs, but it plays a much bigger role. A property’s appearance affects how it’s perceived by tenants, customers and ownership. When it’s consistently maintained, it supports smoother operations, stronger tenant experience and overall performance.
What are you most proud of when it comes to your work?
We’re most proud of being a team our clients can count on. When people ask what we do, the simplest answer is whatever it takes to take care of our clients and their properties. We take pride in being reliable, following through and showing up when it matters.
How is your company involved in the community?
We view our business as a ministry, honoring God in how we serve our clients, our team and our community. It begins with serving our clients and helping them succeed. It extends to our team by creating opportunities for growth and helping them win in life, and it reaches into the community through partnerships that help feed those in need and support youth in foster care.
What do you want to see your business accomplish in the future?
As CAM Pro Services continues to grow, my goal is to build a truly great company that shifts the way people think about property maintenance — from reactive to intentional and consistent. More importantly, I want to create life-changing opportunities for our team and make a lasting impact in the lives of the people we serve.
