Central Arkansas residents can experience the “ultimate driving machine” at BMW of Little Rock. The dealership is owned and operated by McLarty Automotive Group, which offers more than 18 brands at 27 dealerships in three states.
“BMW’s legacy is creating vehicles that combine performance with practical, everyday drivability,” said Owen Ford, general manager.
Ford, who was born in Florida and grew up in Hardy, has always had a passion for luxury vehicles. He has worked in sales throughout his career and has served as general manager of BMW of Little Rock since 2017.
From sales and service staff to managers, every team member at BMW of Little Rock is a BMW enthusiast. Staff members are experts on customer service and luxury autos who can provide information and answer questions about brand models, technology and more. Ford works to treat all clients like family and to make every customer feel like they are the most important person who has visited that day.
“My team and I represent the ultimate BMW experience on a day-to-day basis by treating customers how we would like to be treated,” he said. “The BMW team consists of like-minded individuals with one goal — total customer satisfaction.”
In 2023, BMW of Little Rock received the Center of Excellence Award, earning top marks in all six sales and aftersales performance indicators: annual volume target (sales) lead conversion, dealer sales loyalty, dealer effectiveness, total purchases and service effectiveness.
The award is the highest honor a BMW center can receive for sales, service and customer satisfaction. The winners of the Center of Excellence Award are judged among 350 BMW centers across the U.S. As award recipients, staff of BMW of Little Rock can pride themselves as “Experts in Excellence.”
Ford hopes to repeat the honor next year and continue working to make BMW of Little Rock the premier luxury automotive destination in Arkansas. He said he is grateful to work with McLarty Automotive Group and looks forward to BMW of Little Rock’s continued growth.
