Cromwell Architects Engineers has named a new director of strategic services. The firm has selected Jeff Overton for the role, where he will oversee the expansion and improvement of relationships for Cromwell’s private sector client base.
Prior to joining Cromwell, Overton served in various capacities for Carrier Corporation over the course of 26 years. Overton began his career with Carrier in product engineering and worked his way up to management.
Most recently, he served as the regional manager for Carrier’s South-Central region markets, extending from the Gulf Coast to the Dakotas.
“Jeff knowledge of manufacturing and process engineering and client services experience will be a great asset to our clients. He has already began cultivating relationships and acting as a resource of knowledge for our clients,” Cromwell Chief Operating Officer Dan Fowler said in a statement.
He obtained a bachelor’s degree in industrial technology from Southern Arkansas University as well as an associate’s degree in industrial electronics from Ouachita Technical College.
